Turn-Key Marketing & Promotions, Inc. is a boutique marketing agency that provides innovative, effective and affordable marketing support for companies in the Natural Products Industry. Through our network of event producers, our national staff and Product Ambassadors, graphic artists, web developers, and other industry experts we can develop a program for you that is completely Turn-Key.

 

 

 

Founder & President, Kirstin Everard
Kirstin brings 13 years of event marketing & grassroots marketing experience in the Natural Products Industry. She received 2 BS degrees in Environmental Science and Spanish from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Kirstin started her career managing the Santa Barbara Farmers’ Market Association, coordinating local markets, events and community outreach/education, while heading up the marketing for the organization. Kirstin later worked for the Balance Bar Company in its beginning stages and experienced explosive growth there for over 4 years, until Balance sold to Kraft Foods. She managed a very aggressive in-house event marketing campaign that included sponsorship of over 500 events annually. Through event marketing and grassroots promotions, Balance Bar grew exponentially. Kirstin went on to create her own company, Turn-Key Marketing and Promotions, Inc. with hopes that she could provide similar growth tools to other Natural Product Companies nationwide.


 

 

 

Controller, Micheline Hughes
Prior to joining Turn-Key, Micheline served in various Accounting Management positions at Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox Home Video, Surgidev, Balance Bar and All Goode Organics. Micheline is a CPA and received her BS in Accounting from Cal State University, Northridge. Micheline stays busy taking care of her family and tending to her organic rare fruit garden.


 

 

 

Senior Event Marketing Manager, Brigitte Shaw
Brigitte worked with Kirstin in the Event Marketing Department at Balance Bar Company. With 10+ years of project management & event coordination, she brings sharp energy and vitality to Turn-Key marketing…. Brigitte specializes in event execution, sampling campaigns, and Costco Road Shows.


 

 

 

Event Marketing Manager, Jennifer Lynch
Jennifer joined Turn-Key in 2003. Her traditional marketing background includes 4 years in marketing for Triumph Natural Pet Foods, 3 years in sales and marketing for Hartz Mountain and over 2 years as Marketing Manager for allGoode Organics. She is currently on sabbatical in London until 2008.


 

 

 

East Coast Regional Event Manager, Bo Ripnick
Bo Ripnick is a lifelong organic farmer and artisan beekeeper. She honed these skills while growing up in a Ukrainian family, for whom organics have always been a way of life. Bo has run a honey business that she and her husband began more than a decade ago, “Rip’s Wild Mountain Honey”.

Throughout the last 20 years, Bo has worked in the event management and promotions fields. Her work experience includes everything from music/festival production work, event consultation, and concession coordination-- to project development and artist’s consultant. In her down time, Bo dedicates her efforts to athlete development, specifically in the realm of junior alpine skiing. The reward is their youthful ideologies; they keep Bo dreaming, hoping, and believing in a better way for all of us.


 

 

 

West Coast Regional Event Manager, Carlee Kelly

Carlee has a well-rounded background in nutrition and fitness, which she acquired while working towards her degree in Nutrition and Food Management at Oregon State University. While attending college, Carlee found her niche as a fitness instructor and specialized in teaching Pilates. One of her passionate interests is child nutrition, strongly in relation to children with diabetes. She has gained vast field marketing experience by representing a number of diverse food and beverage companies while working for Bridge City Promotions.


 

 

 

National Promotions Coordinator, Angelina Favia

Angelina Favia previously worked as the Marketing Coordinator for one of the largest law firms on the Central Coast handling event planning firm-wide. She also worked closely with the water and environmental quality practice groups coordinating statewide receptions and seminars. Ms. Favia recently completed her Masters degree in Organizational Management at Antioch University, where she focused her research on organizational sustainability and eco-friendly business practices.

Because we exclusively represent natural product companies, we make sure our staff looks and lives the “natural foodie” lifestyle! We recruit from yoga/Pilates studios, natural food stores, university nutrition & environmental studies departments, massage/holistic practices, and other LOHAS locations so that we can best represent your brand! We have spent years building our field teams in the major markets across the country and in Canada—some of whom we’ve been working with for 5-10 years! We KNOW that every promotion is only as good as the person behind the table, so we take great pride in the enthusiastic and knowledgeable team we’ve built over the years.
